Welcome to my practical legal issues blog. I hope to cover some current issues, some practical issues that apply to real people. I started my professional practice in the area of bankruptcy. I have since discovered that I enjoy helping people with their personal legal issues, the ones that affect us as individuals, car accidents, divorces, personal disputes.
I want to find ways to make the law accessible to everyone. I think most people can handle the basic legal issues that they have to face with a little counsel (and without spending their kids' inheritance).
I hope this ends up helping. If it only helps me, it will be worth it!
